Remember that Login names are not case-sensitive, but passwords are. Therefore a password of 'Sample1' is not the same as 'samPLe1'. Make sure that you haven't got caps lock on accidentally.
If you know your login name or the email address that ITM has on record for you, but don't recall your password, you can use the
Password Reset tool. It will generate a new password and email it to you.
